Joe Satriani Guitar Lessons

The Master himself demonstrates how to play one of his most famous tracks, Surfing with the Alien! As well as being a stunningly talented guitarist, Joe has an excellent teaching style which these videos clearly demonstrate. He runs through all the main guitar parts of this track in some detail and gives a great insight into how he develops phrasing and mixing of modes in the main guitar solo.
