Wanna rock Wembley Arena?

BBC Radio One are running a competition called Rockerz where they give you a chance to be part of the next great British rock band.
Their looking for singers, guitarists, bass players, drummers and keyboard players...and dancers. And the best of these will be chosen by a panel of celebrity judges and by a public vote.
Sounds a bit X-Factor I know but its actually quite different. Firstly, you get to film your own entry and submit it online, so there's none of that auditions stuff. Secondly, the 12 finalists (two from each category) will be filmed playing and then turned into CGI animations.
Over the course of the autumn they will then be holding rock-offs to get the final band, in which their animated alter-ego's will play Wembley Arena in front of 15,000 people.
I have to admit when I first saw this I thought you'd actually get to perform live on stage so I was a little dissapointed about the CGI animation part of it. But it still sounds like a cool idea and hopefully it will be an entertaining show.
