Express guitar is a well put together instructional course that focuses on teaching you songs and improving your ear so you can learn your favourite hit records. It doesn't rely too much on tabs but instead puts emphasis on Mikes Hayes experience as a guitar instructor.
As you would expect it covers the fundamentals well with particular focus on rythmn guitar, chord structure and hand formations. It's in PDF (E-book) format with MP3's for the audioso its not quite the full meultimedia experience of Jamorama but its still an excellent choice for budding guitarists.
As with most courses we review on the site Express Guitar comes with a full money back guarantee and also retails at a very good price, $29.97 at time of writing this review. You'll need to register and pay a $9 fee to get access to all the mp3's he recommends in the course but as he's dropped the price from £39.97, we think this is resonable.
